Your data is safe with us
The home-office is equipped with three smoke alarms and one fire extinguisher. Computer files are saved regularly throughout the course of the day and are backed-up weekly onto three separate external hard-drives; two which are stored in a fire/water safe and the other which is stored in a separate, but secure, location. The same computer files are backed-up fortnightly on a cloud server. All hard copy/paper files are photocopied, saved to the hard-drives and to the computer, and stored on top of a bookshelf. If the client wishes, copies of digital files can be provided on a regular basis as an extra precaution. Comprehensive contents insurance ensures that the computer, monitor, hard-drives and any other equipment can be quickly restored following fire or theft. All these precautions safeguard major delays and ensures that data is never lost and progress is not delayed.
